The sessions and kit contents can be adjusted to meet the needs of a group of 3 to a larger group of 100 or more. Also, because of the flexibility of the program, it can be tailored to almost any group or team and you can cover the material in a retreat setting in a couple days or break it into segments over several weeks...and everything in between.

The Facilitator only needs about 10 minutes of preparation to guide the group through each of the 10 one-hour modules. Each participant will need to complete a Leading From Your Strengths Profile before the first Session and the Facilitator will receive special access to an exclusive area on our website to purchase these profiles at a substantial discount. Unlike many curriculums where you purchase additional participant manuals, this kit includes reproducible manuals. Therefore, you'll produce manuals onsite, as needed, at no additional charge.
