  1. How do I purchase profiles or other products?

    Profiles and other products can be purchased at this web site through a secure shopping cart using a valid credit card (Visa, Master Card, Discover, or American Express). Profiles can be purchased and completed at anytime, from any Internet-connected computer in the world with immediately available results. When purchasing products, the online order form needs to be completed in its entirety and all billing information needs to correctly match the billing address for the credit card being used. At completion of the checkout process, a receipt will be displayed onscreen and a copy emailed. Please note, your purchase will reflect Ministry Insights or Insights International on your credit card statement.

  2. Can I purchase profiles as gifts for other people?

    Yes. When you purchase profiles online, a receipt is displayed onscreen for printing and also delivered to the e-mail address you designate on the order form. The receipt includes a response link (or multiple response links if you purchase more than one) and a web site address. To complete a profile, one simply needs to go to that web site, enter a response link and follow the instructions to complete the process. Therefore, a profile can be given as a gift by either forwarding the entire receipt, or just send the response link and the web site address from the receipt and instruct the gift recipient to go to that site to enter the response link and follow the instructions. It may help to view the video tour provided on each of the profile product pages and keep in mind that each response link is a single use password.

  3. Are the profiles available in other languages?

    Currently, the Leading From Your Strengths profile is the only profile that is fully translated into Spanish. That means that both the online questionnaire and the profile results are available in Spanish. When a person goes to the justrespond.com website to complete the online questionnaire, they can select the response language from the drop-down menu. If the respondent selects Spanish, the online questionnaire will be in Spanish and they will receive their profile results in Spanish. The purchasing agent for the profile will still receive the profile results in English. If the purchasing agent is the respondent, they will receive 2 emails, one with an English version of the profile report and one in Spanish.

    The online questionnaire can be completed in many different languages by simply selecting a different language option when a respondent arrives at the justrespond.com website, but the profile results will be in English. You can view the available questionnaire languages at www.justrespond.com in the drop-down menu in the upper right corner.

  4. How long will it take to complete a profile and receive results?

    Completing the online questionnaire only takes about eight to ten minutes. Upon completion, the profile report will be immediately viewable onscreen and available for printing. A copy of the report will also be e-mailed immediately that you should receive in a few seconds up to several minutes depending on your internet connection and email server. Obviously, it takes a few minutes to go through the purchase and checkout process and filling out your basic information prior to completing the questionnaire.

  5. How will I receive and view my profile?

    Profiles are produced and delivered electronically in multiple-page reports that are constructed in the Adobe Acrobat Portable Document File format (.pdf). Upon completion of the online questionnaire, your profile is immediately viewable onscreen and available for printing. Also, a copy of your profile is sent immediately to the e-mail address you provide prior to completing the questionnaire. A confirmation screen will appear after you complete the questionnaire for you to verify the contact information you provided.
    Adobe Acrobat Reader software is available to the public for free at http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep.html. This link is provided both when the profile is available for viewing onscreen and within the e-mail that also delivers a copy of your profile.

  6. What if I have problems receiving my profile?

    Most report delivery difficulties are caused by an undeliverable e-mail address. If you encounter any problems receiving your report, please click contact us and complete the contact form and include information on the type of profile you completed and approximately when you completed it. One of our representatives will correspond with you and help you get your report as quickly as possible.

    NOTE: The online questionnaire process must be completed in its entirety in order for your report to be generated. When you finish the questionnaire process, you will have a chance to verify your personal and delivery information, and then the system will give you a notice of completion. Reports will be returned to Ministry Insights if an e-mail address is entered improperly.

  7. Why do you use animal names in the profiles?

    You have probably heard the phrase "A picture is worth a thousand words." The Ministry Insights profiles use word pictures of four animals - Lion, Otter, Golden Retriever, and Beaver because each animal type communicates the personality and behavioral characteristics that are measured. We have found that people tend to resist labels, especially impersonal letters and acronyms, to explain their personality and behavioral styles. The use of the animals makes the Ministry Insights assessments more approachable and non-threatening to respondents. Using the animals also generates a lot of interaction in groups and really gets people talking about their characteristics and strengths. With the Ministry Insights profiles the results are memorable, resulting in a long-lasting impact on individuals and their important relationships.

  8. How do I apply the profile?

    The profiles will help you recognize and understand your God-given strengths and provide an objective platform and practical statements to use for improving communication with others. The most valuable method for applying the profile is through sharing and discussing with others. This web site includes free downloads, books, and a DVD curriculum that can guide you through processes and provide additional support and understanding to get the most out of your profile. We recommend that you review your profile report periodically and also retake a profile every year to year and a half or when there are substantial changes in your environment.

  9. What if I disagree with my profile?

    The Ministry Insights profiles are generated based upon responses to the online questionnaire and reflect the unique behavioral style associated with those responses. For example, if a mostly dominant, assertive, confident person chooses accurate descriptors on the assessment, the report will highlight those characteristics in the text and graphs. However, no man-made assessment can ever take into account all of the complexities of a human being or how they behave in all situations. As the Psalmist wrote, "for I am fearfully and wonderfully made." (Psalm 139:14).

    There may be some statements that don’t apply directly to you. We recommend that you explore those fully by discussing with someone close to you and then if you still disagree, strike those statements and focus on the statements that you agree with.
    In rare instances, an individual who is experiencing high levels of stress may not be able to respond to the assessment with a high degree of clarity. If you feel this could be a contributing factor in the responses you provided, we recommend that you re-take the profile at a later time when the stress in your life has subsided.

  10. How secure is my profile information?

    All profiles are completely confidential and are only delivered to the e-mail address you provide and/or to the purchasing agent. Ministry Insights saves a copy of your report on a secure, dedicated server in case you misplace your report or need to have another copy delivered to your e-mail address. The Ministry Insights servers, web sites, shopping cart and online questionnaire processes are secured using the highest standards in Internet technology and computer security protocols.

  12. How do I reprint my profile?

    If you have your original Response Link go to www.justrespond.com and insert it in the response link box. Click start and a you will be prompted for the email address you used when you completed the profile previously. If that validates an option will appear to reprint your profile.
