New Ranking Structure

Level II Certification

Level II Certification requires Level I Certification, attending the main conference and passing the Level II Certification exam. This level of certification qualifies you to promote yourself as a certified trainer, coach, or facilitator.

Upon competing and passing the Level II Certification Examination:

• Your name, bio, and contact information will be listed on the Leading From Your Strengths web site under Certified Trainer, Coach, and Facilitator.
• Insights will refer individuals requesting these services to this page. Individuals will contact you directly for your services.
• You will receive special access to a secure web page to download current updates and additional support resources and discounts in profiles.
• You will be invited to participate in Level II webinars and trainings.

This years conference will include two pre-conference training days. 

Pre-Conference - Different By Design Designation

This new Different By Design Designation is open to Level II Certified Trainers only and will entitle you to deliver the Different by Design Marriage Conference.

Pre-Conference - Level I Certification

Upon completion Level I Certification you will:

2. Gain confidence for interpreting the LFYS assessment with your clients
3. Recognize the dynamic applications of the assessment sections
4. Discover four sources of stress that cause strength movement
5. Acquire valuable insights from eight additional LFYS background resources
6. Be equipped as a leader to use the assessment with an individual or a team
7. Obtain life applications for teams on the Strength Wheel
8. Receive a Leading From Your Strengths Level I Certified certificate for display
