Level I Certification Through Coaching: 
 
The purpose of these coaching classes is to obtain Level I Certification through real-time coaching. The classes consist of 2 two-hour conference calls by phone. Between the calls, each trainee will practice interpreting an assessment with a person of his/her choice.

Upon completion of Leading From Your Strengths® Level I Certification, you will:

1. Become a Level I Certified Leading From Your Strengths® practitioner
2. Gain confidence for interpreting the Leading From Your Strengths® assessment with your clients
3. Recognize the dynamic applications of the assessment sections
4. Discover four sources of stress that cause strength movement
5. Acquire valuable insights from eight additional Leading From Your Strengths® background resources
6. Be equipped as a leader to use the assessment with an individual or a team
7. Obtain life applications for teams on the Strength Wheel
8. Receive a Leading From Your Strengths® Level I Certified certificate for display

Dave & Dawn Lind - Focus on Purpose

Dave and Dawn Lind are the certified trainers for Leading From Your Strengths® assessments (Level I).

With a master’s degree in teaching, Dawn was an adjunct professor at the University of Vermont prior to becoming a certified professional life coach. She is a graduate of Coach University and a member of International Coach Federation (ICF). Dawn holds coaching certifications through the International Coach Federation (ICF- PCC), Christian Coaches Network (CPCC), International Association of Coaches (IAC-CC) and Coachville (CVCC).

Dave, with a background in electrical engineering, has been a pastor since 1981 and has a weekly TV ministry. He has earned a Masters of Ministry degree and has attended ILCT (The Institute for Life Coach Training). He is a 2003 graduate of Ministry Advantage - a pastor’s coaching system for intensive coaching and training in strategic and leadership systems. In 2005, he was featured in Leadership Journal Magazine as a “turn around church” pastor.

Married in 1975, Dawn and Dave have three sons, two daughters-in-law and two grandchildren. They reside in beautiful New England.
