We use LFYS to train our staff on solving problems before they surface; as a coaching tool to help resolve conflict with a ministry team; and placing staff in positions that match their strengths abilities." ~ Charles W. Promise Keepers saw early on the power and potential in using the Leading From Your Strengths Assessment and for the last three years, we have engaged every staff member in the process. Rodney Cox has been very instrumental in coaching us in understanding our strengths and blending our differences. This powerful tool has worked well in building communication and understanding. I heartily endorse this assessment tool for any organization." ![]() "This is a powerful tool. By learning each person's individual strengths and areas for improvement, you can really begin to function better as a team. Those strengths add value and productivity to your team. The only word I can use here is 'revolutionary.' By knowing how people primarily operate and see life, I am in a much better position as team leader to invest into their lives." ![]() "As a marriage ministry, we recognize the value of knowing how to “live with each other in an understanding way”. The Leading From Your Strengths tool fits perfectly into our repertoire to evaluate and place our staff according to their skill set, spiritual gifting and personality at our headquarters. We have found Leading From Your Strengths to be an extremely robust, practical tool to better understand, appropriate and maximize the strengths of our staff for the best possible fit." |
Discovering Uniqueness - Developing Unity
![]() Different by Design
In I Corinthians 12:12-18 we read that although the body is one, it is made up of many parts. Each part has a vital function and is no less a part of the body because it is different. As you study the passage, it is apparent that God not only intentionally designed differences, but He designed them very specifically and His plan is for differences to unite not divide. The mission of Ministry Insights is to transform relationships worldwide. This transformation takes place as you discover the unique differences in yourself and others, value and appreciate those differences, and learn to blend them to become more together than you can be alone. It is our prayer that your eyes will be opened to clearly see God’s divine design for differences and develop unity with one another to reflect His plan.
